Well here we are again and my little monkey reaches yet another milestone... 10 months! This has been such a fun stage. She still doesn't technically crawl, so I don't have to worry about her getting into everything, but she sits and plays really well. She does have her own version of the crawl where she does the splits, leans forward and pushes herself along with her right foot. It's pretty comical! She's finally started to like fruits and is really getting into the finger foods. So far she likes: bread, baby puff crackers, rice wafers, pasta with sauce, peas, apples, bananas, green beans, cheese, yogurt and daddy gave her a little popsicle, needless to say, that was a hit. She's heading into the separation/stranger anxiety stage, which is fun. But overall, she's doing great. She has also spit out what sounds like a few words to us: Dada, Mama, that (as in what's that?), ya you (love you), dog, and a few others I can't think of... She repeats things she hears on her baby einstein video, which she also loves right now. Baby Signs is her favorite! She still loves to be outside and is still napping twice a day. Her sleep has gotten better. Some nights are 6-4 then back until 7...and some are 6-8, 8-10, 10-3, you get the idea. We are finding so much joy everyday as she loves to play more and more. Her giggle is enough to keep us going forever. The love just keeps growing!
